‘Catching Fire’ Filming at Universal Studios

Hello Tributes!

Kita tahu kan akhir-akhir ini para casts favorit kita buat Catching Fire lagi shooting untuk beberapa extra scene di Hawaii. Tapi, akhir-akhir ini ada juga loh kabar bahwa mereka keliatan bekerja keras di Universal Studios miniatur di Los Angeles.

Menurut beberapa fansite, 2 minggu terakhir ini, shooting Catching Fire lagi dilakukan di daerah Falls Lake. Mereka bilang shooting itu diadakan dengan pengamanan ketat, dan emang ngga ada orang luar yang boleh masuk ke shooting site nya.

Beberapa adegan akhir-akhir ini juga melibatkan beberapa miniatur menara dan daerah yang dipagari, jadi kemungkinan mereka sedang shooting untuk district scene.

Ini ada seorang tribute yang sangat beruntung bisa menginjak panggung untuk shooting CF di Atlanta

Alexander Ludwig in ‘Lone Survivor’

Congratulations to Alexander Ludwig, for being cast in the upcoming film Lone Survivor, where he will play a Navy Seal alongside Mark Wahlberg, Taylor Kitsch, and Ben Foster, and others!

Alexander Ludwig has landed the role of Navy SEAL Shane Patton in Lone Survivor, the Peter Berg-directed adaptation of the Marcus Luttrell book. Ludwig plays a soldier on a covert mission that goes wrong, joining Mark Wahlberg, Taylor Kitsch, Ben Foster, Emile Hirsch and Eric Bana.

The film is being financed by Emmett/Furla Films for a September 25 start in New Mexico. Universal Pictures, which developed the movie, will distribute.Lone Survivor tells the harrowing story of how Luttrell and his Navy SEAL team members fought to stay alive after being ambushed in Afghanistan in 2005 by Taliban forces during a covert mission in the Hindu Kush mountain region, where the team went to kill a terrorist leader. Film 44 partner Sarah Aubrey, Akiva Goldsman, Barry Spikings are producing with Emmett/Furla’s Randall Emmett and George Furla, and Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson.

[CONFIRMED] Jena Malone as Johanna Mason on Catching Fire!

Just about three weeks after it was first rumored, Lionsgate has officially announced that Jena Malone will play Johanna Mason in “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.”

In Suzanne Collins’ best-selling “Hunger Games” trilogy, Mason is a former Hunger Games winner from District 7 who plays a large part in the Quarter Quell — the 75th Hunger Games at the center of “Catching Fire’s” story — and becomes a rival of sorts to Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence). The role is a favorite among fans, including Kristen Bell, who lobbied hard for the part over the last year.

With Malone’s casting now official, that leaves just Finnick Odair (another fan favorite) as the last major “Catching Fire” role without an actor attached. Sam Claflin has been rumored to play the part, but Lionsgate has made it a policy not to confirm or deny casting rumors.
